Discount Coupons

  • Discount coupons over a wide range of goods across various brands and products available at Checkers, Shoprite, Checkers Hyper and Dis-chem stores nationwide.
  •  Simply dial the above USSD code from your mobile phone and follow the prompts. 
  • The coupon barcode will be delivered to your mobile phone per SMS.
  •  Present the coupon barcode at the pay point/checkout counter in-store before making payment and your discounts will be reflected on your till slip.
  • If such a notification is received, you may also access coupons through a mobile phone app.

Legal Assistance Service

  • The legal assistance service is rendered 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This service is available as often as is needed on any legal matter whatsoever, whether pre-existing or not, limited only, to South African law and comprises the following:
  • Telephonic legal advice
  • Template legal- and guidance documentation for certain standard or routine legal needs
  • Free 30min consultation with a panel attorney, if needed

Credit & Debt Assistance

  • Debt management and financial planning services during office hours, through financial education, guidance, and free expert advice. Steps include:
  •  Debt assessment and advice
  • Quarterly multi-bureau credit reports
  • Review of reckless lending, judgments, and garnishee order validity
  •  Reporting on credit status, scores, account history and progress

5. Procedures for claiming using the membership

  •  Phone National Accident Advice Helpline on 010-350-0228 and give the particulars of your case to one of our friendly claims consultants.
  •  Upon verification of the caller’s membership number, he/she will be provided with the case number and the case will be referred to our expert panel that will assess the merits of the claim
